Founded in 2004, CSB first opened its doors in Hilton Head, South Carolina as southern Beaufort County’s only locally owned bank. Our founders saw an opportunity to serve the community through a relationship-based bank staffed by friends and neighbors to serve friends and neighbors. Over the years, our longstanding relationships and deep roots in South Carolina provided a strong foundation to not only expand our community banking presence into Georgia but to also develop a niche in Marine and RV Lending nationally.

We offer convenient way to pay your loan: online, in-person or by mail
Each month, you will receive a loan statement by mail or online. On all payment methods, you have until 5 p.m. EST on the due date to make your payment. Payments made after 5 p.m. EST will be effective the next business day. A late fee is assessed to payments made 15 days after the due date.
ACH
To schedule a recurring monthly payment from an account held at CSB or another U.S. financial institution, complete our ACH Direct Payment Authorization Form to get started.

Set Coastal States Bank as a payee through your Online Banking Bill Pay to pay your loan with your CSB checking account or with an account from another financial institution.
OLB Transfer
Use internal transfers in Online Banking to pay your loan with your CSB checking account or external transfers to pay your loan with an account from another financial institution.
By Mail
Payments should be mailed to: Coastal States Bank Attn: Loan Payments, P.O. Box 1698, Bluffton, SC 29910-1698. Remember to include your loan number on your check. To over-night your payment, please mail to: Coastal States Bank, Attn: Loan Payments, 70 Carlisle Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
