Our Commitment
In November 2017, Coastal States Bank established the Coastal States Community Commitment, a CSB sponsored charitable fund established in partnership with the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. The mission of the Commitment is to strengthen and enhance the communities served by Coastal States Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates through grants and employee volunteerism programs, which support a diverse range of charitable efforts addressing local community needs and opportunities.
The stated mission of the Commitment is purposefully broad so that the Commitment can remain flexible in responding to the evolving needs of non-profit organizations in the communities served by CSB.

- The Coastal States Commitment generally looks to make grants to validly established 501(c)3 charitable organizations working in the communities served by CSB.
- The Commitment Advisory Board meets to review grant requests on a scheduled quarterly basis; however, the Board may convene more frequently as needed to review expedited requests.
