Natalie Martindell has built a 24-year career in banking, working in leadership roles across several institutions. For the past 10 years, she has served as AVP Branch Officer, where she specialized in branch management and customer service excellence. A Massachusetts native and graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Natalie recently relocated to Bluffton with her husband, Andy; her two teenage daughters, Madison and Morgan; and their pets—dog Luna and two cats. She is excited to join Coastal States Bank, embrace the values of a true community bank, and become more connected to the Lowcountry. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys beach days with her family, walking Luna, playing golf, and settling into their new Bluffton home.
