With over 12 years of experience in banking and mortgage lending, Evan brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Coastal States Mortgage. His background includes key positions as a loan officer and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Construction Portfolio Manager, giving him a well-rounded perspective on lending solutions. Evan specializes in helping individuals and families navigate the mortgage loan process with confidence and clarity.

Originally from Massachusetts, Evan and his wife Jess have long cherished their visits to Bluffton and the surrounding Lowcountry. Drawn to the area's charm and strong sense of community, they’ve proudly made the Lowcountry their home. Today, he’s proud to help others establish roots in this vibrant community by guiding them through the mortgage loan process with personal, reliable service.

Evan earned his degree in Business & Finance from Carson-Newman University (TN), where he was also Captain of the baseball team. He enjoys golf, fishing and walks with their two dogs.
