We are committed to continuing to serve our customers and our communities as safely as possible during this unprecedented pandemic.  While all of our locations remain open for business to continue serving your banking needs, due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in our communities, we are taking steps to protect our customers and team members.

Effective Tuesday, December 15th, all CSB branches will temporarily shift to a drive-through and appointment-only service model. We will re-evaluate conditions in mid-January and provide further updates then.

To schedule an appointment for in-person services like loan closings, safe deposit box access, and wire transfers, please contact your CSB banker or call your local branch during business hours.

We also encourage you to take advantage of our digital banking tools including online and mobile banking, which give you the ability to handle many of your banking needs from anywhere you are connected.
