Randy K. Dolyniuk-Dolyniuk is chairman and chief executive officer of CoastalStates Bank. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance, he began his banking career in 1977 as a mortgage loan officer and assistant treasurer at Augusta Federal Savings. Since then he has been vice president of Banker Trust of South Carolina, vice president and corporate secretary for Atlantic Savings Bank, the senior vice president and regional banking executive of Anchor Bank, and the south coastal market president and regional banking executive for Carolina First Bank. An islander for 26 years, he was a trustee for the Community Foundation of the Low Country and former Chairman of the Beaufort County Development Board. He is a Founder and board member of Nexity Financial Corporation and a board member of First National Bank Corporation. He is an ordained deacon of Providence Presbyterian Church and currently serves as president of the church corporation and as an elder for stewardship. He also is on the board of directors of Hilton Head Christian Academy and has actively supported the Dixie Youth Baseball program.
Dan Holland-Holland, a graduate of Furman University, began his banking career in 1981 with C&S Bank. Moving to the Triad markets of Greensboro and High Point, a series of promotions lifted him into management after completing the 14-month Wachovia Corporate Banking Training Program. He also participated in a three-month internship for corporate banking at the Babcock School of Business at Wake Forest University. A highly respected Lowcountry commercial lender and senior banking executive, he joined with Randy Dolyniuk in 2003 to start CoastalStates Bank. An islander since 1994, Holland has worked with numerous organizations, including the Beaufort County Economic Development Commission, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and the Salvation Army. He served on the architectural review board of Hilton Head Plantation where he lives, and has served on the board of the Hilton Head Home Builders Association. He is also a member of the Hilton Head Greater Island Committee and Fifth Saturday Tools of the Carpenter.
Ernst W. Bruderer-Bruderer is chief executive officer of Overterra AG/Overterra USA Corporation, a real estate investment and consulting firm and chairman of Lowcountry Motors in Bluffton.. He previously worked with a multinational corporation, conducting business in the United States, Europe and Africa. Bruderer received his BA from the University of St. Gall in Switzerland and a JD degree from the University of Zurich. A resident of Hilton Head Island since 1990, he has served as treasurer and vice chairman of the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina’s Board of Trustees and as chairman of the Board of Trustees for Hilton Head Preparatory School and is presently serving as a trustee of the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry board.
Simon Fraser-Fraser is a partner with Fraser & Allen, LLC. A graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of South Carolina School of Law, he has been a practicing attorney since 1978, specializing in real estate and business law. Since moving to the island in 1965, he has been involved in numerous organizations, including Beaufort County Parks and Leisure Services Commission, the Hilton Head Island Land Bank Commission and the Better Business Bureau of Hilton Head Island. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Heritage Classic Foundation, which sponsors the MCI Heritage PGA golf tournament, and is a member of the Beaufort-Jasper Commission on Higher Education.
Chris Lindgren-Lindgren started his career as an attorney, practicing
commercial and tax law for six years in Boston and Savannah. A graduate
of the University of Colorado with BA degrees in Economics and Spanish,
he earned his JD degree at The George Washington University and a
Masters of Law in Taxation at the University of Denver. He is president
and owner of Broz Exports Inc., an exporter of building materials,
and Red Rocks LLC, a development company specializing in commercial
properties in Beaufort and Jasper counties. A resident of Hilton Head
Island since 1990, Lindgren is a former member of the Dixie Youth
Baseball board of directors and has coached youth sports teams on
the island for numerous years.
Jim MacLeod-Before joining CoastalStates Bank as managing director of the mortgage division, MacLeod worked for Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation for 22 years, most recently serving as executive vice president. He is a member of both the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas. A graduate of the University of Tampa, MacLeod received his master’s degree in real estate and urban affairs from Georgia State University and a master’s in city planning from Georgia Institute of Technology. A Director of Sykes Enterprises (SYKE) and a Trustee of both the University of Tampa and The Allianz Funds, he has owned a home on Hilton Head since 1995, moving permanently to the island in 2000.
Jack Moran-Moran is a founder
of Nexity Financial Corporation and Nexity Bank and currently
serves on the board
of directors and as
executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to
joining Nexity, he worked for 13 years for The Anchor Bank in
Myrtle Beach,
most recently serving as senior vice president and comptroller.
Moran began his career as a bank examiner with the South Carolina
State
Board of Financial Institutions. A graduate of the University of
South Carolina with a degree in Accounting and a master’s
in Business Administration, he also is an honor graduate of the
Graduate School
of Banking of the South at L.S.U. He has served on the board of
directors of the South Carolina Bankers Association and is an
instructor at
the South Carolina Bankers School.
Larry Page-Page is in sales
and marketing with Charter I Realty. He holds a real estate license
and is
a real estate developer and
investor. Page attended Appalachian State University and earned
a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A 22-year resident of Hilton
Head Island, he has served on the board of directors of the Hilton
Head
Baseball Association, the Island Recreation Center Advisory Board
and coached basketball at Hilton Head Christian Academy.
James N. Richardson, Jr.-Richardson
has been involved in various aspects of real estate sales and
development since the early 1970s.
He is founder of the South Carolina Yacht Club, owner and managing
general partner of Coligny Plaza, vice president and chief operating
officer of Windmill Harbour Company and broker-in-charge for both
Windmill Harbour Real Estate and Westbury Realty. He also is the
managing member of Atlantic Coast Builders & Contractors and Plantation
Properties. In addition, he serves on Sea Pines Plantation’s
Architectural Review Board and on the board of directors of both
the Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island and The Hilton
Head
Island Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. A resident of Hilton
Head since 1956, he has been actively involved in the community
and has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations.
Scott H. Richardson-Richardson is a South
Carolina senator serving on a number of standing committees,
including Judiciary and Banking
and Insurance. Prior to his election to the Senate in 2000, he
was a member of the SC House of Representatives for four years.
An honor
graduate of the University of Tennessee, he is a licensed insurance
professional, CPCU designee and a former principal of Carswell
of Carolina Insurance Inc. A lifelong resident of the Lowcountry and respected
business professional, Richardson has been involved in numerous
community
organizations, including the Better Business Bureau of the Coastal
Empire, the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head, the Hilton Head
Orchestra, the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and the Heritage
Classic Foundation.
Robert Dozier Jr. - Dozier has been in the real estate industry for over 17 years – as a licensed real estate agent, appraiser and for the last 15 years, as a mortgage lender. Formerly President of the Columbia, SC-based Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises, Inc., he now serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the full-service regional mortgage-banking firm purchased in July 2007 by CoastalStates Bank, overseeing production and operations for Homeowners Mortgage and CoastalStates Bank. Dozier was appointed by the Bush Administration as a director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, a $144-billion financial institution. He served as Vice Chair of the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks in Washington, DC and was also one of four national trainers for Fannie Mae as part of the Housing Finance Institute in Washington, DC. Dozier was elected at age 20 to the Richland School District II Board of Trustees. At the time he was the youngest school board chairman in the country. He is currently Chairman of Board of Trustees of Midlands Technical College where he has served at the appointment of the last three South Carolina Governors. Mr. Dozier serves on Fannie Mae’s National Housing Advisory Council in Washington, DC and on the US Chamber of Commerce’s Education, Employment and Training Committee. Mr. Dozier was named one of The State newspaper’s “20 Under 40” most successful businessmen in 2004.
